Placed order and never received acknowledgement of order until I called and asked for one Website made me think it wasn’t an authentic website

Great products, outstanding service

Was a great Dior first experience. Was as professional and attention to detail as I had hoped.

The ordering was easy. The statement that I received was a little unclear (or I just wasn't use to it). I couldn't tell if it was a confirmation of my order or if the order was incomplete and I had to order the item again. Because of the word order (Highlighted in a black square) next to the itemized line. It was hard to tell. A confirmation Statement showing date ordered and a EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE is better. If you can provide a tracking number even better. I opened the shipping box thinking that I need to gift wrap the order, only to find that Dior had sent it in a beautiful gift wrapped box with a ribbon tied in a bow. Thank you for that!!! it's very pretty!! I just don't know the 3 free items that you had me choose from your site is in the box. I can't tell. Hopefully it's in the wrapped box? I always shop at the official DIOR site to catch the newest and freshest products. The site works beautifully and I love the 'compare' feature to help see the true colors and find the one that I need for my exact skin tone. I've even been able to match an old discontinued lip color I love with a new one. Thanks DIOR!
