I ordered something from the website for my DIL. I was so surprised at the fast delivery of my gift! I think I ordered on a Tuesday and it was at my door by Friday!! It was packaged so nicely--there was no charge for the gift wrap. I will definitely order from Dior again. Mary Hart, NJ

I love my 2 Dior "Abricot" products. The nail creme lives up to its glowing reviews! I haven't used the nail polish yet, but it's a beautiful shade, and I'm sure I'll be more than pleased, once it's applied! Shipping was fast; also, I've never before seen such sturdy packaging for beauty products! A+++

I order a gift for my husband birthday and first of all for some reason the website kept rejecting all of my payments. I ended up call customer service and placed my order and the transaction went through and took money out. I was expecting my package on the 10th, on the 09th I just tracked it and it was saying that the package is sent back to the sender!!!! I called UPS and they told me that I needed to call Dior. I called Dior the lady told that she will talk to UPS, she did and told me that I will have my package be delivered tomorrow but she will call me back to confirm in an hour. I waited she didn’t call. I tracked the package and it saying that it was sent tonight. I am so confused I didn’t expected this much trouble to buy my husband’s present! I hope to have this fixed before my husband’s birthday.
