The website is constantly crashing. I made several attempts to make a purchase on the site with no avail. I reached out to tech and was told it was because I was attempting to make a order using a mobile device, which proved to be incorrect. I attempted to order by phone and was told a “manager” would call me back within an hour. Several hours later I was contacted and was able to place the order. The Dior representative was indifferent to my previous experience and was just concerned with placing the order. I expect more from a luxury brand like Dior.
