I did not receive the 2 samples . For some reason they did not attach to my order. I reached out to Dior.com and was sent a coupon code for my next purchase. I would have preferred receiving the samples I had chosen rather than a code to be used on a future purchase- seems like a bait and switch. Very disappointed . Loved the lipsticks though!

Terrible customer service. I tried to see how much an order would be after shipping and tax and it just confirmed the order without my permission. I contacted customer service within 2 hours after the order confirmation and they told me I could not cancel my order, they then told me I could return it upon receiving it. My local post office told me it would be $65.00 USD to just ship it back. Horrible customer service by Dior. Very disappointing and I will NOT be a returning customer.
