The order process was seamless and shipped very very quickly. The item was gift wrapped although I didn't realize I had checked that option and it was beautiful!!!

I waited since March to be able to get this product... I absolutely LOVE the DiorSnow White Reveal Gentle Purifying Foam cleanser. I have tried several others & they just do NOT compare including the Capture Totale. I LOVE THIS CLEANSER! Do NOT ever discontinue Please... I was so excited to be notified the first time and it sold out quickly and was so happy I received another email so quickly with it in stock! I ordered two - another for someone else and the gift packaging was outstanding. Thank you Dior! I will be ordering direct from now on!

I’ve always admired the DIOR brand and since it was my birthday - I decided to purchase one of the best selling fragrances, MISS DIOR. The online shopping experience was flawless. I made my purchase and received my package in a three day time frame. The gift wrapping service was so awesome. It made me feel so special seeing my items perfectly placed in a decorative box complete with the DIOR name. I’m beyond pleased and will always be a lifelong customer. TIPS: Take time to read some reviews from actual customers on the website. If buying fragrances, pay special attention to the olfactory notes that way you can read what scents have been added to the perfumes. It’s best to set up an online account so you can track your orders, etc.

I ordered Feve deliciouse - private collection online in the US ( October 2020) as I could not find it in Canada not ship it from US to Canada. The ordering process was very easy, the package came much earlier than anticipated and the box is worthy of Maison Dior.
