I ordered a gift set for a birthday gift to family member, I paid for 2nd day delivery shipping extra. I didn’t get the gift until the third day, not only was the gift late to give to someone for their birthday but when I gave the gift box that person opened an empty box with nothing inside. I will never order from Dior again. It was embarrassing and unprofessional.
