I ordered a customized hockey baseball jersey/shirt. I received the jersey/shirt and absolutely love it. Only trouble is that it had the wrong number on it - different than what I had requested. I emailed customer service and Christine was amazing. She not only took care of the problem by mailing me the correct jersey/shirt. Christine was very professional and I appreciate her help very much. Thank you Christine. I will definitely be ordering from DiHaga again. Thanks again.

Service was fine, took a while but it made it in a reasonable amount of time. Size runs small and sizing chart was NOT in line with what I got. Will know quality if the design doesn't fall off or melt off when it goes into a clothes dryer a few times.
Response from DihagaOct 9, 2025
Dear Timothy, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear that the size was smaller than expected. However, please note that our products are manufactured according to the size chart provided on our website. If there’s an issue with the sizing, kindly send us the measurements of the item you received. Our support team will review it and get back to you as quickly as possible. Regarding the product quality, we’ve received many positive comments from other customers, but we truly value your experience. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you encounter any issues with our products — we’re always here to help. Best regards, Dihaga Team
