bought Windows 10 for Older Laptop. After 7 or 8 attempts keep getting error message of incompatible. Half a dozen email exchanges with them telling me the download should work, me telling them that it doesn't, them telling me that 10 and my laptop are compatible, my laptop telling me they aren't. They refuse to refund. Definitely a strategy of take the money and run. After so many emails, the host server blocks all future attempts to email them. They don't return calls. Please be warned these people are unethical, unreliable and need to be driven out of business. Do not risk doing business with them, there is a good possibility that you will be their next victim.

Took the money, sent a Windows program that doesn't work, has already been used. Made several attempts to contact them with no response. Off to the authorities, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I have purchased Windows 7 Ultimate from a seller on eBay in May 2017 and thought I was getting a legal copy of Windows 7. The Activation Key worked. Yesterday, I logged on and received a notice that I had an illegal copy. Since I believe in having a legal copy of windows 7, I remember buying a product from DigitalProductKey.com years ago. I ordered Windows 7 Ultimate yesterday Jan 27, 2019, completed the activation the next day with no issues. Remember, please do not try using the free activation codes you find online because Microsoft will block them eventually and you will be stuck with an illegal copy. I will definitely use this company again, and I am going to recommend them to all my friends. Happy customer here. :)

This company is a fraud, I purchased microsoft windows awhile back for college. There software has a glitch and they don't help you fix the problem, the customer service goes straight to voicemail if you call. Emails are always needing something from you, they wanted a copy of my ID for a refund? I've never in my life ever heard of a company needing a copy of you photo ID for a refund. They said they would refund me after I filled out some type of form and then after that they insisted on getting more paper work. It was ridiculous!! People DO NOT buy anything from this company its a fraud and im never purchasing anything from this company again!! Again stay away people you will be highly disappointed. They acted like I was copying the software and giving it to a third party. The truth is there software didn't work and thats it. I still haven't recieved my refund, I had to go through my bank for it.

Site says you will receive the key in a minute. Its been two days and I still have not received it. Chat is always offline, number always goes to voice mail.

Purchased a Microsoft Office software package and the product key they gave me was already used by another customer. Tried to contact them multiple times and cannot get help. Phone number just directs you to a very unprofessional voicemail system. Steer clear of this company...

Excellent service and support! I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation. I have purchased MS Office 2013. When I tried activating it online, I got the message saying this copy of Office cannot be activated because the specified Product Key had already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for this software licence. I contacted the support for help and got very detailed instructions on what to do to proceed further. In my case, the online activation did not work, but the second option (activation over the phone) worked just fine. I had no problem at all. Also, their support was friendly and super helpful. I will definitely use this company again, and I am going to recommend them to all my friends. Happy customer here. :)

Not sure why the negative reviews. I ordered a Windows 7 Professional digital product key for $39, received the receipt and link to my inbox after a few minutes. Followed the directions, software loaded without any errors or issues. Happy camper here. If any future software needs arise, will use this company again.
