DigitalproductkeyReviews of digitalproductkey.com

I'm 82 years old and love my computer. A great tool for learning. I especially like using Excel. When I replaced my old desk top I lost all my old excel files. I used it for my personal budget and I used it for working for a small non-profit business. I had trouble downloading the new Excel I purchased from at a very reasonable price on to my new computer and your technician was very helpful and patient with me and explained what he was doing so I could understand. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated you providing me with such great service. He even provided a newer version of Excel for me. Thanks again.

I purchased a product key for microsoft word. An hour later I am yet to receive the product key. No answer at their phone number. No response to emails I have sent. I am calling my credit card company to see if I can get the payment cancelled.

When I purchased my product key, I recieved three separate emails. One confirming my payment had been received, one confirming my order, and one containing the link to my windows 8 product key. When I clicked on the link to access the key, I was taken to a guest tracking page which gave me a 500 error. I emailed the shop since that was the address attached to my key email and there was no automated response. I called the number and no one picked up. The answering machine was not unique to DigitalProductKey and was for whatever company owns it. I used the contact area to email the actual support this time and again, I received no automated response. Their emails were littered with grammar errors and all of the reviews on the website are positive unlike this site where most are negative and there is a fair amount of positive reviews. All of these are huge red flags. All of these are indicative of a scam. Learn from my mistakes and google a company you're purchasing from for the first time, I am begging you. Edit: The customer service is very helpful. Unfortunately they do not offer refunds on unused keys, although that makes perfect sense as a key is no longer useful once it has been used. Make an account before you purchase a key from this site. Their guest system does not work. You will be shown a blank screen if you try to purchase something as a guest. If you really dont want to make an account, email their support team and they will give you your key directly. I had had a bad day when I wrote this review originally, and I was very quick to judge this company solely based on other negative reviews and the fact that the company was not American. There are a lot of positive reviews on this page and everyone who left a negative review did get their keys eventually.

I purchased a product key for Outlook through this website. I received an invoice and a link to the product key in 2 separate emails. The link to the product key was broken, and threw a 500 error in my browser. I have contacted the company through their support portal from their website as well as via email. They have not responded to either inquiry yet. I am extremely hesitant and will likely shut the purchase down via my credit card company. Very unimpressed with the service thus far.

The customer service is helpful, and the app is running smoothly on my Mac.

I am very satisfied with this company. The delivery was after few minutes and the software was successfully activated.

I am very impressed with this website. They provide instant delivery and great after sales services. Recently I bought an Office 2016 pack and it worked just fine.

amazing service!
