I'll admit to being very skeptical as their pricing seems too good. I went ahead and purchased a copy of windows 8.1 pro and after a small hiccup waiting for the link to show up in "my orders" both link & key came thyrough and worked without a hitch. After reading about the person who's link was activated and later told by MS it was fraudulent I'll admit to still being a little nervous. All I can report is my experience so far, which has been very good.

DigitalProductKey are scammers! Don't buy from them! You'd be better-off going on eBay looking for COA stickers containing license keys of the software products you want to activate! The Digital Product Key company is not based here in the USA thus they are not afraid to defraud USA customers! I live in the USA and certainly got defrauded by them. I had purchased a package deal to receive one license key for Office 2013 Professional and one license key for Windows 7 Ultimate. The license key I received for Windows 7 did activate, however the activation lasted just under a month before Microsoft caught-on and sent a message to me saying my copy of Windows 7 Ultimate was not genuine! When I contacted DigitalProductKey about the matter they provided me with several other license keys where not one of them was any good! None had activated my copy of Windows 7 Ultimate! I had to go on eBay later where I purchased a COA license key sticker where the license key on it was guaranteed to activate! DigitalProductKey had wanted me to modify my computer's registry using a temporary fix which I wasn't willing to do, Why should I? They even warned that it might cause errors. They said the modification to my registry was a necessary confirmation, however! I knew that was total b.s. When I asked for a refund instead DigitalProductKey was not willing to comply! They gave me b.s. instead even though a 30-day money back guarantee is listed right on their home page and my purchase had certainly been under 30 days. Regarding the license key I received from them for Office 2013 Professional - that license key did activate, however DigitalProductKey neglected to mention nor advertise that the license key is not a lifetime license, but was limited to 3 installations. I didn't know that! I thought it was a lifetime license key! I wasn't informed and I didn't bother to contact DigitalProductKey about the matter. They had already taken me for a ride regarding my license key for Win. 7 Ultimate. I had no doubt they'd do the same regarding my license key for Office 2013. In total I was scammed out-of $118 dollars.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. It is clearly a scam. When you purchase a product of any kind the link that is supposed to take you to your license keys is broken, when you go to the order section of the website, it crashes and won't load. When you call the "customer care" number that is supposedly based in NY, NY you get a prompt to leave a voicemail. Stay far, far away from this website, if you need a legit key go to Amazon.

they have an excellent customer service, they helped throughout the installation process they also accessed remotely and activated my Windows 10 pro

Complete scam. I was unable to access "purchase history" after sale. They sent me an email that was supposed to be access to the purchased product key. It was a broken link. I contacted them through their web portal. They then sent a second Product key directly in an email, not a link this time. When I attempted to apply this second product key, it was refused because it was already used. I contacted them again. They stopped responding. I was never able to access my purchase history or submit a review through their web site. I reversed charges through my credit card company and purchased through a more established online retailer. Edit: I see digitalproductkey.com have responded to "help fix the issue." I have already reversed charges and purchased elsewhere. Everything about all of my former experience with Digitalproductkey.com suggests that they are either completely inept and awful at the one thing they are supposed to do, or are complete scammers. Broken access to purchase history, broken link in an email to a nonexistent page, sending a used product key; all of these seem designed delays that might be mistaken as user error as a way to extend the process as long as possible. Digitalproductkey.com are Scammers. I'm not even mad because they ripped me off, because I got my money back through my credit card company, but it looks like others haven't and they need to be called out for what they are. Digitalproductkey.com are Scammers.
