i did buy "Corell Essentials" software and is not possible to installing. this company is horrible. No phone answer not even cat put message. Email not working. can't cancel order, actually noting working on the store website. Oh sorry if you pay workin perfect.

TERRIBLE, IF I COULD PUT ZERO STAR I WOULD: the product doesn't work, they never sent me a receipt, there's NO WAY to contact anyone by phone, nor any way to file a complaint. It's been days and hours of wasted time going back and forth writing to their costumer "support" and getting a parrot response, like anything I'd say or ask she just repeats the same out of topic answer instead of handling the costumer REQUEST FOR REFUND. Indeed, the person (Juliette DUVAL Customer "Support") who responds to the email is INCOMPETENT in handling costumer service, and she doesn't respect the most basic CONSUMERS RIGHT. She refused to get me in contact with her supervisors to get a refund, she's refusing to tell me how to file a complaint and she refuses to refund me. They don't honor the most basic promise to refund within the 1st month, no questions asked. So either Juliette DUVAL from Customer "Support" is incompetent or Digital Product Keys is a scam. If any manager or supervisor from Digital Product Keys reads this, please email me a phone number to reach you and sort this out. You'll find my email with all the repeated unfilled requests I made to Juliette in Juliette's inbox.

Ordered a SQL Server 2008 Standard license that was supposed to come with the full install media. They sent a link only for SP3 and insist it's a full install. It's not. Their ISO is only 600M not the 2-3G that is a full install. Have sent them screenshots of the install from their ISO which errors out saying can't upgrade because no SQL server instance can be found. Total incompetence. Asked for a refund but they insist because they sent me a license key (for a media link that doesn't work) the order was complete an they won't refund. Steer clear, not a trustworthy company.

Worse place to buy software, still can't get a hold of anyone there. Have yet to receive my products, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the Kaspersky Antivirus package two weeks ago but still unable to use it. It's the worst experience I had in my whole life. I asked them to refund me but they refused to do so. I paid 48$ but didn't get anything. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Bought software, exactly what I needed, and was assured there would be no problem. Tried to install, would not install correctly, found out it was 64-bit when I specifically bought 32-bit version. I was told by the tech that 64 and 32 are the same. THEY ARE NOT. Then the chat person wants to get into my computer again to try to "fix" things. NO. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - it's entirely possible there's malaware now in my computer. It's going to cost me more money now to get a real tech support company to fix everything and clean out any malaware. The cheap prices from this place are not worth the headaches you will have in the end. DON'T DO IT.

They provided a Windows install key that had been used too many times. When I asked for a refund, they sent me 5 emails suggesting I do things I've already tried instead of just admitting they messed up. Scam practices. Don't use them. I have to go to my credit card company now and dispute the transaction. Use whokeys or kinguin to get a key. They were also $10 cheaper, and the key worked first time.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I paid for Window 7 Pro, and then - crickets. Never heard back from them. My credit card statement showed a charge on 1/12/2023, but when I was in chat on 1/25/2023, the rep said that she couldn't confirm the payment. Then after I pointed out the history, was magically able to find it. I'm glad many folks had good experiences with them - but I'll never do business with them again. They'd better be prompt with my refund.
