Have used Digital Product Key.com several times in past. Service is great ( we are USA EST) so any issues are resolved by business next morning. In the years of doing business I only had one issue and it was a product download in wrong language. I can say the price paid and the service is excellent. The communication is prompt and best of all,, everything works.

At least all the other reviews received e-mails and a link. I haven't received anything. I cannot perform business on my new computer without Word so I guess I have to wait until Monday?

Bought several software titles. Had an issue with one install that seemed to not be compatible with my computer. They issued me a way more expensive office sweet in place free of charge. That software went in perfectly. They always answered within 24 hours. You can be safe when purchasing from this company.

I ordered a program for my computer from them last week. I had trouble downloading and installing. No problem! With virtually no wait time someone 'took over' my computer and in short order worked out all the kinks....and I was up and running! I wish there was some way to thank them in person! It was a good Team effort on my behalf!

I purchased an application that ended up incompatible with my other software. Got upgraded to newer software at no cost so I could use the application I wanted. Support tech spent three hours with me to get it all worked out. Excellent service and outcome!

I bought Microsoft word with the understanding the link would show up in my email. It still hasn't after several minutes. I kept my purchase window open, though, and noticed a tab to download from there, which I did. The product key wasn't needed anywhere in the download or installation (?). I now appear to have a working version of word. If I didn't notice the download by navigating my purchase pages though, I would be writing a very different review.
