After having some issues at first, I contacted support and they were extremely helpful and helped me resolve everything. Everything is working perfectly and I'm very happy.

It took a total of a about an hr for them to complete the task, and you had to sit by your computer to go back and forth as they asked questions or hit a snag. But overall I was very happy with the work.

how come digital product never responds by email or phone why not even if you ask a simple questions you never pickup i cant reach anyone their i hope you are not a phony please respond to me.

Two part review: 1) To begin, their system does not provide a user-friendly process (the buying is easy) to obtain the purchased item and then download and install. Many other firms provide a much better 'how-to" directions. 2) After many, many attempts to download and install, I was contacted by their staff who led me though the process -- after learning their software was incompatible with a MS program on my computer. They really did a good job for me then.

I had several issues that I couldn't figure out on my own, and it took a few days to get it all straightened out, but the Digital Products team was really responsive to my phone calls and very helpful with the online chat and remote installation. I am a satisfied customer!
