Very helpful in helping me to navigate some issues arising from purchasing the wrong product.

I had an issue where the key they sent me did not work at all. They offered to help me in this situation but I told them that I had already bought a different key and would prefer a refund. Which they agreed without any issues. Needless to say I'm sure they would of just given a different key that would've probably worked but I was impatient. I would recommend Digital Chillmart they have great customer support and can rest easy that any issues can be resolved by contacting them. ;)

An absolute ZERO for spport! Terrible you have no email address for support--I wasted an hour trying to get an answer. And I am STILL WAITING for someone to reply back to me. Your agent said someone will contact me within 8 hours. That was WEEKS ago!

If I had to express my opinion for this experience it would probably be the quickest and most helpful experience I've ever had with customer service person I honestly believe Zamia Deserves a raise from this

I was a little worried at first but it worked and went through, the key also worked first time. Not going to lie the payment worried me a little bit but the correct amount went through. The only thing I need to do now is make sure no fraud occurs but for now things are fine. 10/10!

Got my key, and it didn't work. I screenshot everything, gave them the order number and email address, but they kept saying send us your order email. No idea what that really meant as they already had everything necessary to find out who I was with email address and order number. I forward the email of the receipt, and then get blanked. I emailed it a couple of times including a screenshot, tried live chat, same, blanking
