First key didn't work, replacement did.

requested the key - didn't work - talked to support and they gave me a replacement key that worked -

Very helpful & responsive customer service. We ordered several keys and had an issue with one, this was fixed very promptly and no further issues. Will be using them again. Special thanks to Zamia & Rafsan!

Bought a key and didn't work, contacted and the help was slow but was quickly fixed afterward.

I have purchased multiple copies of windows and they have always worked. If there is any trouble customer service is fast and very helpful.

Everything worked great. Customer service was speedy and helpful. Will buy again when needed.

I also bought a Win 10 key that the first one issued didn't work, then contacted support and received a good one quickly.

I purchased a key for Windows 10 Pro (Retail) and got the key, though it didn't work immediately. Once I contacted support, they sent me a working one in several minutes that activated immediately. Great customer support and great service ( and Zamia, the customer service rep who helped quickly), thanks for the key :)
