Ordered a product key for Windows 11 Home, and the key didn't work. All forms of contact, including email and online chat, have been cut off, and no way to contact customer service for help. Complete scam!!!!!

TL;DR: Bought a Windows key that didn't work. Been getting the runaround for weeks with zero refund. Pretty sure they're using AI bots to string customers along until we give up. So here's my nightmare with DigitalChillMart: Week 1: Bought a Windows key. Surprise, surprise, it doesn't work. I contact support and they ask me to provide proof that the key is invalid. I send them screenshots showing the error messages and everything they asked for. They respond all apologetic: "So sorry! We'll refund you right away." Cool, right? Wrong. Week 3: Still no refund. I reach out again. Now it's: "Oh, our refund department won't be back for 2 days." Week 5+: Contact them AGAIN. This time: "Oh, there was a problem with the refund. Can you send us your IBAN, SWIFT, and full name? We'll have it sorted in 48 hours." I send everything. 48 hours pass. Then a week. Then another week. Still nothing. Here's what really bothers me: Every single time I contact them, they respond almost immediately with another excuse and another promise. It's starting to feel like I'm talking to an AI chatbot that's programmed to say whatever keeps you waiting, but never actually processes refunds. It's classic stalling tactics. They're clearly hoping people will just get tired and give up. The one thing you CAN count on? You'll never actually see your money back. Don't make my mistake. Avoid DigitalChillMart.

Bought the wrong key on accident and they said they would be able to provide me with a different "Windows 11 Home" key. I then activated the key only for my system to boot into windows 11 enterprise which is a whole different edition of windows that they don't even sell! SCAM!!!

Product didn’t arrive, and there is no answer to my queries regarding the possible solutions. I feel scammed

I bought activation code key doesn’t work. I contacted support team they sent me to more keys that didnt work. They said that they give me refund but i dont believe them its scam.

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key and received it immediately. However, when I tried to activate it, I got an error stating that the key was actually for Windows 11 Home not Pro as advertised. To resolve the issue, I tried: Live chat support (no response) Support email (didn’t work) Sales email (no reply) If you’re okay with buying a product that has zero customer support, then go ahead. But I’d rather pay a little extra and buy from a trusted seller like G2A, where I know I’ll actually get help if something goes wrong. Save yourself the hassle look elsewhere.
