I purchased a key back in February of 2025, It was working fine and upon updating my BIOS today windows flagged the key as pirated / potentially non-genuine. They where not much help so I reached out to Chillmart's chat and "Sid" got back to me within minutes and issued me a replacement key. Thanks for the support!

Overall a good experience. It always feels a bit nerve-wracking purchasing keys from third-party sites. I purchased 3 keys successfully that worked great, but the last key I purchased said it had already been activated. Support provided a replacement key, which also failed. I got a second replacement key from support that finally worked. The support is very accessible via live chat (Shoutout to Sid and Lamia), so that is a great pro when there are issues, but it does make you wonder how and where the keys are being acquired to have these kinds of issues. Don't ask too many questions and enjoy the cheap licenses :)
