First key was invalid, contacted the support, they immediately gave me a new key, it was also invalid, but they gave me another key and this one was valid. Would have been nice if the first key was valid in the first place, but a person responded back to me very quickly and the whole thing was sorted out in 10 minutes.

Sid is a goat he just f#cking gave me new key after I got one that wouldn't work, took his ass like 4 minutes with minimal questions at the late time of 12:20 AM. This guy deserves a f#cking raise, Shout out Sid Hall of Famer on the dead homies

4 stars only because the first key was invalid. It was resolved in less than 15 minutes through chat support though!

Windows 11 pro key that I purchased was invalid. (error 0xc004c060, not valid key). Tried mailing support, got an automatic reply that stated that their email support is closed, and should contact them in chat widget. Tried contacting them, got no response in chat, there were no agents or anyone reading. A few hours later, tried chat once more, this time someone was actually there. Told my issue, and received a new key. That key then was deemed valid and the activation worked. Overall I expected a valid key instantly, or at least be able to use email. However, they still provided a working key despite some hours later with some hassle. If my key stays working for the next months I will change my rating. I would ask them to make sure to only sell valid keys, and not invalid keys in the future.

I purchased the wrong version of Windows 11 by mistake. They got me a new key within a few minutes.

If you get a key that isnt activateable, they will provide you with another so long as you give them proof. 100% trustworthy, would buy again if I ever need another product key.
