Like many here, the first key was already activated, but support sent me a new key that worked within a couple of minutes. I was tempted to give them 4 stars, but the fact that this seems to be a normal thing is a bit annoying, and makes me wonder how long this key will work for. As of now, 5 minutes in, it's working fine.

I initially had problems activating the key that was purchased (windows said the key was previously used), however the site's live chat promptly responded and gave me a replacement key which is working fine so far. Also the Key was delivered instantly by email.
