First few keys didn't work. Last one we tried did and I'm good.

First code didn't work. They sent me a new one, which is great. It took a bit of time to get in touch with someone to resolve the issue but the new code worked just fine.

Purchasing Windows key worked, eventually. Original one did not work, but after contacting via chat got a working one, in a very timely manner.

The product key I bought at first was not new. It had already been used and would not work. However, they rectified the issue and gave me a different key that did work. The customer service was good, but I should not have received a used key to begin with.

First code had an error, talked to customer support via live chat and they remedied the issue withing 10 minutes flat! Lamia specifically made it very easy. Will be using this site for future needs!
