Awful experience, awful chain store. They’re incompetent and horrible at customer service. I ordered a backpack and they sent a tshirt instead. We don’t have a dicks anymore as they closed the store near us. I called and they wouldn’t refund my money unless I let them charge me for another one and then once the order was confirmed, they would refund the first one. The woman on the phone wasn’t making the decisions but had to text her manager yet didn’t even know the manager’s name. It was very shady and horrible experience. It was their mistake and they wouldn’t make it right. No wonder they are closing their stores. They won’t be in business long. I will never shop there again after this experience. Buyer beware.

They will falsely advertise prices on the website. When speaking with customer service they say you have a right to be upset. Although we can’t honor the price. 159.99 marked at 119.99 until check out which it’s now 159.99 again.

My girlfriend was sexually harassed at work and filed a complaint and NOTHING went through. This was months ago. I also have had filed complaints through the company we work and worked for and they do not do anything

Ordered 2 x pairs of shoes on 29th January. It's now the 9th of March. And still waiting, tracking is about rubbish no information what so ever. Beware people customers service is absolutely rubbish not helpful. Just get it's on its way. I believe they are scammers. Stop supporting this so called store.

So I picked up a cart full fishing supplies to stock up for the upcoming season, when I got to the register and said I needed a fishing license I was told Dicks no longer does licenses. My license was the primary reason I was there. I thought the kid working just did not know how or did not want to do the license.. so I contacted Dicks when I got home only find out it is true when I asked why.. there was no explanation. When you go on pa fish and game website more than half the locations are Dicks.. I am sure many people only stock up on gear because they are getting their license...at least put a sign on the door or in the fishing section if you want a license shop elsewhere

I recently ordered a few articles of clothing from this business. One was a pair of Underarmour joggers and the other two were Calia tops. I know a lot of businesses have multiple distributors so it didn’t really bother me at first when I saw that the pants shipped from a different place than the tops. The pants are perfect. They fit well and came well-packaged. I was unfortunately shocked at the state of the tops. They arrived without any plastic wrapping or other packaging and were unfolded inside the cardboard box, just kind of thrown in there together. Additionally the white top has dirt all over it. At first I thought it was part of the pattern but the closer I looked, no, it is definitely dirty. I don’t want to return the items, just wanted to contact customer service to give them feedback on the quality of the delivery, but I did not see an option to do that anywhere on the website. Typically a lot of businesses will have a “how did we do?” option on the order tracking page after it’s delivered but I didn’t see anything like that. I find that kind of disingenuous. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the clothing so I’ll still probably shop at my local store, irl but I wouldn’t order online again given the way they treated my clothes.
