I love the Blick art materials site! And today a price decreased on the wood panels I use. That was exciting! I had a question and got a very pleasant person on the phone who could look up my past order in seconds and give me an answer.

Unique products and excellent customer service. The package arrived in astonishing condition and was well handled. affordable, but I paid more for shipping than the products. I think it's because I live in Canada. This is quite sad because, as mentioned earlier, their products are affordable. Please work to make international shipping more affordable.

As promised, I am changing my previous rating from one to 5 stars for Blick Art Materials. Soon after I wrote the negative review "disappointed by a business practice", I was contacted by Annette McClay from Blick's customer service. She made up for my disenchantment & explained the reason for the misunderstanding. I appreciate the positive communication. I have not mentioned yet that I really enjoyed the large selection of watercolor paints classified by brands and in alphabetical order, easy to find when you want to order a product. I am happy to say that I will be ordering again from Blick in the future.

I've always had excellent customer service with Blick, even when there have been problems related to the shipping carrier a quick resolution was always communicated and accomplished. Will continue to shop with Blick for my art supplies.

It’s nice that this site not only gets the exact items I ordered, but the quality is great too. I used to have shipping issues months ago probably because of past technical difficulties on their website but in recent times, it’s not a problem for me. Turns out, I should be double checking my information and not just the orders.
