Diamonds DirectReviews of diamondsdirect.com

I had a phenomenal experience at Diamonds Direct, specifically working with Mike Eakright. He made the process fun, provided a few options while not making it overwhelming and had a lot of recommendations/guidance. The price was reasonable and the timeline for delivery was even quicker than the expectation that they set. I highly recommend Diamonds Direct, specifically Mike!

Diamonds Direct has always had such an incredible selection of jewelry and diamonds, every time I’ve gone there. But, even outside and above that, sincerely, it means so much to me to receive the extraordinary level of customer service that Cindy at Diamonds Direct has consistently provided me. Top notch doesn’t even come close to describing it. She is so awesome and I wish there was more customer service like this in other businesses. It seems to me like it’s very rare these days. She has always gone out of her way for me and Ive been so grateful that she has always taken such great care of me, and has made my Diamonds Direct buying experiences extraordinary every time!

Can not speak highly enough of my recent experience with DD. Excellent selection online but what made it the best experience was the interactions I had with their team. Cindy out of their Raleigh office was beyond helpful and I could tell she was genuinely excited about my engagement. She made the whole process that much more meaningful. She is a true “gem” to the team ;) Diamond arrived in a beautiful and discrete package. JFYI, it does not have any Diamonds Direct labeling on package so my soon to be finance had no clue when the FedEx arrived. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing from them

Lisa is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and could answer any question asked! She made the experience a great time!

Lisa is AMAZING!! She helped me find the perfect band! Just what I was looking for!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! My fiance and I came here for my engagement ring and wedding band and we absolutely loved it!! Jamie helped us out both times and she is THE BEST!! She knows exactly what she’s doing and has the best advice to make you really happy with whatever you end up purchasing. She treats you like a true friend and is just the sweetest. I have nothing but good things to say about her and about Diamonds Direct! We loved our experiences there :)

I am so impressed with the selection, quality and customer service we have experienced at Diamonds Direct in Charlotte. I found both my dream engagement ring and wedding band here. They have also custom made necklaces and bracelets for me which are gorgeous! Morgan went above and beyond our expectations with regards to time she spent and searching for our perfect rings. We have visited her several times for other family members and most recently a beautiful watch for my husbands 60th birthday. Amazing experience with phenomenal customer service and quality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Exceptional Service and Craftsmanship I had an amazing experience working with Lindsey Beals at Diamonds Direct. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and truly listened to what I was envisioning for my ring. I had a few ideas but wasn’t sure how to bring them all together—Lindsey guided me through every step, from selecting the perfect stones to choosing the ideal setting and metal. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine passion for her work made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. The final result was beyond anything I could have imagined—absolutely stunning and perfectly suited to me. Exactly what I had dreamed about! If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise, creativity, and care, I can’t recommend Lindsey Beals enough. She helped me create the perfect ring, and I couldn’t be happier!
