I had the pleasure of interacting with Ryan Czarnecki during my online transactions with Diamonds Direct. Ryan was extremely knowledgable, helpful, willing to "listen" (read) my thoughts and concerns. And, when the initial purchase wasn't what I'd hoped for, he helped me with a seamless exchange for a BEAUTIFUL product. Ryan's service was above and beyond, and made my Diamonds Direct experience perfect!

This review is for Ryan Czarnecki. A few months ago my soon to be brother in law recommended Diamonds Direct. I was so nervous about ordering a ring online, but he swore by it. He bragged about being able to order everything and not need to step foot in a store or talk to anyone. Well I am a visual person, and I couldnt fathom trying to make such an important purchase without hands on help. I know nothing about diamonds, settings, cuts, or anything at all. Ryan started off as a consultant but very quickly became my go to person. I would email him everyday about new ideas I had and he would help out. Ryan was so hands on that if made me comfortable. His help made me comfortable enough to spend thousands of dollars to create a ring that I had never actually touched or seen in person. Really incredible when you think about it because the prices are so good at diamond direct that it seems too good to be true. With Ryan's help we were able to settle on the exact setting and stone that I think will floor my soon to be fiance. I could not have done it without Ryan. His attention to detail and hisknowledge were second to none, but his patience was what ultimately made this an easy decision. I just received my ring today in the mail, and it is stunning ! Thank you!

This is a review for my salesman Ash Dhansinghani, in Henrico. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with in all my 63 years. He was so patient,he was helpful and he was funny. He made me and my husband so comfortable. I couldn't have ask for anyone better to help us. I wish everyone could be like him, the world would be a betterplace.
