Worst company I have EVER dealt with! I have been waiting over a month for diabetic supplies. Have had multiple episodes of being on hold for > an hour at a time. Was on hold one day for 3 hours and 20 minutes, only to have my call disconnected because they closed for the day. Still no resolution. The seriously are the worst!

Three phone calls, on hold each time over two hours and the last time 4 hours before I gave up. Their help line is no help, they don't respond to emails. If you can do everything from the website, its not bad, but never expect to reach a real person in a timely matter.

I’ve sent a box of supplies to diabetic.com. It’s been a while since they’ve had my box. I’ve been trying to call to no avail I keep getting text messages that ain’t saying nothing or answering any of my questions they keep telling me to look for an email that I haven’t got yet. When I call the phone goes straight to voicemail I haven’t been able to speak to a live person.This is horrible to think that people go to them because they need supplies and then you have people that send extra supplies to help people that need the supplies. I’m besides myself right now. I wanna know how to go about shutting them down. does anybody have any feedback on how I can complain about this and get some answers

Terrible customer service. Wait time for someone to pick up the phone is a couple of hours - if you are lucky. Selecting the option for them to call you back results in a call back the next day. No response to emails. My order has been in "Documentation Review" status for three weeks with no updates.

There used to be on time and answer a phone... Anymore, they forget to ship my shipments and I can't ever get through on the phone. I've just been going without so often. Anymore I don't know what else to do.There's places a joke anymore

Can not get through on the phone. I've been on hold for hours! And it's not just because it's a Monday this is every day that I call. And the patient portal is useless. I have medical needs and they're playing with my supplies. This is not a reputable company.

Actually I would give no stars. I have used CCS medical for 2 years. Everything was good. Then January 2026 I changed insurance. I have been waiting since 2/6 for my sensors. Same thing as others have reported e mails go in answered. Have waited over 2 hours on hold. I requested a call back and received one 36 hours later. Was told she released my order for shipping on 3/20 and should receive in 5-7 business days. It is 2 weeks later and no supplies. Called again but got the virtual agent. Once again told they are waiting for the documentation from the doctor. It has been sent. I am going to use my pharmacy instead.

I am currently on hold for 1 hour 9 minutes. This is to respond the email from them to set up my on-line account which failed. After about 10-15 minutes wait it gave me an opportunity to reply 1 to have them call me back but because my phone screen was black the prompt only waited about 5 seconds and I missed my chance. This is my 3rd attempt to get my account set up each with ridiculously long wait times. If I could switch to a different vendor, I would instantly.
