I am one of the MANY who are repeatedly charged when my copay is $0. It took over 50 emails, calls, etc over 6 months time before I got my first order of supplies that I've used for over a decade. Every order they charge even though my copay is $0.

RUN from this company. Not willing to correct my last order after 6 weeks. They will tell me that the corrected order has been corrected and the product has been shipped. Never ship. Today the account manager told the CSR to tell me that I lied and dishonest. I am done with them.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Absolutely terrible in every way. 4 months later and still waiting for diabetes supplies. Awful!! Can't say enough bad things!!

So it's now been 2 months going on 3 with no way to check my diabetes dead man typing

Poor service supply have been delayed for the third time I’m out pay to have supply overnight on the first it’s the sixth supply was to be shipped on the second I was told on the third that they didn’t ship because of copay I have a payment plan seated up I was told that they will ship on the third overnight it’s the sixth no supply and ccs is close to the eighth

If I could give it zero stars I would. They have done nothing but make getting diabetic supplies impossible. First they delivered the supplies and then said another company sent us supplies and we sent them back. After that they sent supplies but now they are saying I have 2 primary insurance which is entered by them. So they made errors on that. They me I had to call and get it straightened out I did call and got it straightened out even though I believe that should have been done by their insurance/billing department. So I go in and enter my primary insurance (Medicare) and the portal it is now showing my Aetna as the primary. So now it's been over a month that I don't have the supplies for my pump. I have never dealt with a company that is so inept. The only representative who helped with this situation was Senice (I think I spelled that correctly) she was able to contact leadership and advise them of the situation and they expedited the insurance verification process. I am hoping this resolves our issue. Moving forward we intend on finding a new supplier. BTW we thought Egdepark was bad, OMG they are worse!!!

Would give negative stars if possible. Waited over a month for supplies to be shipped still no supplies. Talked to the insurance they said the first time it was submitted it was builded wrong so it was denied. And then the last three times I called come to find out they don't have the supplies in stock but can't tell me they don't have the supplies in stock.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Had to switch to them to provide Dexcom CGM and insulin pump supplies due to changes in my insurance. For the pump supplies, they put the order on hold without telling me. I kept calling back and escalating the delivery. I also got my doctors office involved. I called daily and was eventually down to only two infusion sets which is when they then told me they didn’t have enough information. My doctor medical notes to process the client. I did not contact me to tell me that they did not contact my doctors office. Even though the notes had my diagnosis decades ago, they said it was not clear that I had been a diabetic for over six months and that was a requirement. They also made me take a series of blood tests to prove that I had diabetes for over 10 years. Then after I made sure all that was in order, they came up with another requirement for me to give six months from Khalifa’s reading before they could process my order. I had to get courtesy supplies from my doctors office and the pump company. Horrible customer service absolutely no concern for my health is a diabetic. It’s not like I can skip treatment. I need this equipment to survive.
