100 % horrible experience. I gave them a year and every time I ordered it was a total mess. What a bunch of clowns. No longer will they receive one penny from me. Terrible customer service. They're a joke.

CCS Medical is a complete scam and operates like a fraudulent company. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and should not be trusted with anyone’s medical care. From the beginning, it has been nothing but lies, misinformation, and constant contradictions. They tell you one thing on the phone, then do the exact opposite. When mistakes happen, they change their story instead of taking responsibility, leaving customers stuck in endless back-and-forth. Their billing practices are fraudulent. I have been overcharged multiple times, and instead of correcting their errors, they continue to take money that does not belong to them. This is theft, plain and simple. They prey on patients who rely on their medical supplies and exploit that need for profit. This isn’t just poor service—it’s corruption. They mislead, scam, and defraud customers while hiding behind excuses and refusing to provide accountability. The lack of care and integrity in a company responsible for essential medical supplies is beyond disturbing. CCS Medical is not a trustworthy provider. They lie, steal, and manipulate, and it is clear they value money over people’s health and well-being. Avoid them at all costs and protect yourself from their fraudulent business practices.

New customer, I placed order for Dexcom July 9, it is now going on almost 3 months and they just contacted me saying I need to update my Dr with my insurance. It's never changed.

Don't do business with this company. Check their review score and there's a reason for it. Every month I order it's a different price and they claim I have a balance. They are liars. Call me before you call CCS.

This is a terrible company. I've been waiting over 4 months for blood monitor. Every time they put the blame on my insurance and they are "waiting for authorization". When you call them they tell you it's not their fault.

e careful when you deSk with this company, they ship out expired supplies then they tell you to contact the manufacture. It is ccs medical that is shipping expired dexcom G 6 sensors. Check expiration dates when you receive supplies seem like common practices to ship expired items. This is a very untrustworthy company deal with them with caution!!!!!!!

I ordered a mew insulin pump lasr year. Ecem after paying the 905 copay, 2 months later i get a bill for 3162. I found out they used an out of network provider wituout telling me ahead of time. If i had known i wouldn't have used ccs. And ccs doesn't even show up on the insurance claim, this other provider does. Now im stuck paying this srupid extra bill i wasn't expecting. So i recommend to steer clear of this company.

This is the worst medical supply organization I have ever dealt with! If you can, run from them as fast as you can. My supplies are never on time; the wait time to speak with customer service is hours; they get back to you with "canned" responses to your issues even when you request to have a solution provided. They need a remedial course in customer service!!!!!!
