Horrible service! My mom spent $230.000 COP (that is a lot of money there) because they said it was going to be delivered on the 20th. I called and they said: "sorry, it hasn't moved from the office. They haven't tried to deliver it, but we can't see why. Each driver is different!" WHAT? really? so the drivers are the ones who decide when to deliver? Incredibly disrespectful and inefficient. They said they were going to schedule a delivery today but couldn't guarantee it because the drivers already left for today. Exactly, and my package should be in the truck!!! They said I could go pick it up if I want to. I have no other words to describe it. Horrendous service. I ordered auto parts from Rock auto, I needed it fast, so, I paid express fee for DHL express. DHL contracted out to subcontractor to deliver. the subcontractor couldn't find my location, which is Lynnwood wa post office, I paid DHL to deliver and they contracted out, but, they demanded me to contact their contractor. DHL don't take a responsibility. BAD. anyway,after numerous phone call to DHL and subcontractor. it was delivered after 4 days delay.

They randomly returned my package 1 day after it was passed to them, and they still haven’t told me why. Terrible customer service.

I wish people would stop using these guys. My package was supposed to arrive tonight and didnt. This is by far not the first time. I have yet to even once get a package on time. Why sellers use them is beyond me. What makes it worse is that DHL employees have hijacked these reviews by making fake accounts to upvote. Liars!

They are the worst of all the shipping companies. I want to say DHL Sucks but that would be unfair to Primus.

we shipped November 2 ,2019 until now november14 has not came yet.their reason is could not find the address. keep calling dhl and said will deliver, but not, there is no movement. I will never send thru-DHL, period. they are worst among worst.I will complain thru consumer protection services.

I changed my package delivery address but DHL decided that they weren't going to honor it. The package clearly indicated that the address was changed but I guess that no one that handled my package cared, which ended up delaying my package reception for way too long and caused me thousands of dollars in sales, not to mention the risk that the delivery man caused by placing a very expensive package in my driveway, for everyone to see. Don't expect customer service to honor your requests, they really don't care and they don't want to fix it, I was told I would receive a call yesterday but absolutely no one called. Very dissapointed, my experience with DHL had been great until this experience, I won't be using them again.

DHL is the best in the business! I love seeing that big yellow truck coming my way. Always makes me happy plus they have great staff.
