Your over the counter health catalog is hard to identify with not pictures and incorrect labeling. CVS often doesn't have the size required and no e of the things devoted said would be continued in drugs and cgm was true. When asked about discrepancies they in coverageoffered, they said ," they ( staff)couldn't be responsible for what those that sold their plan, told us." They know we have sight issues and cannot read the small print. Not a good company to use. They do spend quite a bit having nurse practitioners call and questions everything your doctor says, and what you decide about health care choices. A fine example of what's wrong in Healthcare in America

Devoted's customer care team tracks with my client's every step of their Medicare Journey. Historically, they often have the Most Competitive Part B Give Back (up to $185 BACK on your Social Security Check each month)!

This company seems to be a scammer for sure. The pay back program is a scam. RUN from this company as fast as you can run. Customer service is great, but don’t have a claim.

I was lied to and told that emfality was covered under my plan. I went to pick up my prescription and had to pay $500 and was told that's my copay only yo find out when I go pick up my next dose for next month, ill have to pay $300. Im out $500and would like a refund for the lie from one of your people that work for you. Very upset!!!

This insurance is a scam 100%a scam.Just trying to use this insurance is a full time job.I have yet to receive any of my medications. Not a one. I received a card board OTC card that can only be used at CVS. All products they cover must be the brand of CVS choice. I don't mean CVS generic name. I mean an expensive brand name. If you have a coupon for a covered product you may not use it with your OTC card. I'm talking Everything down to the type of deodorant and shampoo you use. Any rewards you might have on your CVS rewards card may not be used. Any rewards that you usually receive on purchases you make at CVS are not rewarded to you. Now let's talk about all of your out of pocket cost. Dentist Eye care ect... you must submit but I have yet to see anyone receive reimbursement from Devoted. I could go on and on but why bother. I'm sure you've got my message. 2 things to remember about this insurance. # 1 Everybody you have to deal with talks to you like you are retarded and I do mean everybody. It's not just the CVS employees it's everyone. #2 if you're considering getting this insurance don't unless you are retarded. It's truly a disgrace that our state and government representatives allow this stuff to go on. Knowing who is running PA I'm sure this is part of the politicians anything that stuffs my pockets BS games. Good luck people

I just found out that if you want to use your dental benefits from devoted you have to pay upfront and then get reimbursed. What senor citizen has 3000 in their back pocket. I should of read everything more thoroughly cuz I wouldn't of gone back to devoted. I'm so disappointed.

I honestly regret switching to this provider. What looked promising at first quickly turned into a frustrating experience. The information they provide is unreliable — I found multiple providers listed who don’t even accept their plans, which wastes a lot of time and effort trying to get basic care sorted. Customer support is inconsistent. Sometimes you get someone polite, but they often can’t actually resolve the issue or give clear answers. It feels like you’re being passed around without any real solution. On top of that, coverage details are not transparent. Certain benefits or services I was told were included either weren’t covered or came with unexpected limitations. This lack of clarity makes it very hard to trust what they say. Overall, the experience has been stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this service if you value clear communication and reliable coverage.

I have a PPO plan in SC. It took almost 6 weeks to get an existing CPAP straight in a transfer of DME providers. The devoted provider was mired in their own business deficits. Devoted PPO plan in SC is constantly requiring various approvals for everything from treatment to medications. I was in healthcare admin for decades and this company has an identity crisis. They don't know if their are a PPO or the old fashioned HMO wanting to waste providers time with their approval and delay tactics. I find medication approval for simple meds particularly aggravating. The claims are not live or realtime, so EOBs arrive in an inbox in a circa 1980s style website that looks like my teenager designed it. So, I get bills from simple office visits wanting $ because Devoted hasn't paid them and I don't know what's going on because support is limited and basically useless. Counting the days till we part ways.
