Totally a screwed up company. Charged for seeing my PCP, had to call to get that straightened out. Charged a co-pay for a blood test I've never been charged for before. Pay is substandard for doctor ordered tests and meds. I can't wait for the year to end so I can dump this company. If I could give a rating less than 1, I would.

So far so good had no complaint's, Devoted cares about their customers, that means a lot always growing with different states, I would get them again.

I selected them for medicare advantage plan Kentucky. I have alpha gal and a couple other small health issues. They lied to get me to join as told me they had all kinds of providers in house that treated alpha gal as they have no providers within my area. Devoted had one and she was a no call no show for appointment. When I complained I was told basically life isn't perfect, so deal with it. Told me upper supervisor would call me, never happened for months even though I reminded them. Today I was told to take a medication for a respiratory infection which I am not suppose to take plus the person didn't know how to count to 10 or 15. When I ask for a supervisor, I was told by receptionist supervisor stated for me to go to ER or urgent care. This is not a urgent or E.R. problem unless left untreated. They have decided not to treat me. I also have a medical background and this is type of care is something you want to stay away from.

Devoted has been the best insurance to work with as they specialize in the medicare beneficiary and their needs to navigate the healthcare system with in, and out of network needs. When a client needs personal assistance in finding answers and guidance for their care they are the easiest to work with and they follow through to the answer of the issue or inquiry. Their network is very good and the providers they work with are very good too. I would recommend anybody on medicare to check them out if they have the Devoted Healthcare company coverage available to them in their area.

I am very surprised by the less than 5 star reviews. I changed from Aetna to Devoted Health this year as my Medicare health insurance provider and have been very pleased. They offer things other plans do not. There’s a $60 PER MONTH Food and Home card that can be used for healthy food or utilities. There’s a $50 OTC every quarter. There’s a $150 per year health benefit that I will use when I renew my Calm app in July. There are reimbursement options that I’ve used for Dental and Optical. The cost for seeing a specialist is the same as before .. $30. You can do a video visit with a nurse to review medications and ask other questions and be reimbursed $50. I have been very satisfied.

Providers will experience a lack in customer Service when calling to discuss claims. The Rep's seem to be experienced in answering the phone however answering claims questions there is a lack of understanding. They will not let you speak to a supervisor as well. Poor Customer Service.

Seems nearly impossible to get reimbursed for my dental care. I've been trying to get paid since march 9th. All I get is lies and excuses. They are supposedly sending me a check but say it may take 5 weeks or more. That may take till July. Really?

You have to fight the company on their "benefits". I was sold a bill.of goods about how much cheaper my inhaler would be. Now I find out they won't pay for it altho it is a generic. Trapped until Jan.1, 2027.
