Place was very clean and cozy. Loved the neighborhood and walking distance from a delicious restaurant. Coffee in the morning was awesome!! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house. Gorgeous details and so modern with key pads for the front door and room. I didn't meet the host, but they were responsive in emails and gave me all my room info the day of booking and a parking permit for street parking in my room to put on my car dashboard. The room is large walk in closet size which was great for me and my 10 year old for one day. She loved it and wanted to stay there instead of the beach. I only saw a guest or two for a second, otherwise it was so quiet that Iwouldn't have thought anyone was there.

There were a couple of things we noticed during our stay. The location was great and the parking permit was very handy. However, we had two minor inconveniences and one suggestion we’d like to offer. One being the bathroom door. It was hard to turn and had a moment where I was concerned we would have to damage the door to get out. The other is the shower drain. I’m not sure if it was clogged or always drains so slowly but the water was all over the bathroom floor in a matter of minutes. One suggestion we would offer is another trash can. The small on was just not enough after we got take out. Otherwise the room was nice for the price and fit what we were looking for on our weekend getaway.

I did not like my stay here. Except the A/C working, there is nothing else worth mentioning. Small rooms, even smaller bathrooms, the sink is smaller than a standard toothbrush FYI. The mosquitoes were very annoying around the property and even inside. There is not even a wardrobe place, just a coat hanger. Not impressed to say the least…

My daughter and I stayed for only a few hours to change clothes prior to attending a wedding in Galveston from San Antonio. It was a very clean, updated and comfortable place. I recommend anyone to stay here.

It was a nice place in a good location but I wish there was a fridge in the building.

The rooms are surprisingly small, but perfect for a couple. There was no signage on the building to let us know we were in the right place other than the house number, and it was a bit odd to check ourselves into and out of our room, as there was no front desk. In our room we were provided with towels, a couple of makeup wipes, and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Had we needed anything more we would have had no way to get it. There was a TV with Netflix already loaded on it. I will say, it could have been very difficult to find a specific room as there were no signs leading to certain rooms, just numbers on the doors. Definitely a unique experience in a cute, quaint neighborhood that was perfect for what we needed but could be frustrating in other situations.
