Domum de VencéReviews of devencer.com

Staff most accommodating and helpful. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that for cost value, I felt some basic upgrades would be nice, I.e., floors and grounds. Again, wonderful host and staff.

Perfect clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, great toiletries. Exactly what I was looking for for a one-night stay - perfect location and perfect price as well. My only suggestion would be to add a nightstand and to eventually have a sidewalk and maybe switch out the chain link fence for something a bit nicer - the inside was so nice, it just didn't fit.

Pleasant clean nicely refurbished modern small room inside an unmarked blue house. Find it by going in the back porch door with a key code and then using your phone to unlock and always relock the room door. Modern lights, bedding, bathroom; original oak floors. Simple and clean. Very reasonable price and good location between medical school and downtown, in historic district. Coffee maker in the hallway shared by all guests. It's a small room and bathroom, perfect for a budget minded single, maybe too small for many couples except for budget advantage.

I enjoyed my stay here everything was close the strand is walking distance and beach a quick bike ride. I loved the look it was extremely clean and the management was excellent. Will be staying here again.

I loved the experience at Domum de Vencé during my stay. I liked how easy and convenient it was to check-in with the August lock connected to my phone. The room was very spacious with a modern look and beautiful decor. The Tv with complementary Netflix was a nice touch. The place was conveniently located as well! Just 7 minutes walk to the historical strand district. I met Thomas, he manages the place. He was very attentive. He offered us coffee and gave us permits to park close to the residency. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit. You’ll love the attention and convenience. ~Christian Franco

Everything is clean and perfect here! I have loved this hotel.

A modern technology enabled guesthouse within a easy walk of the center and the cruise line terminal. With more places opting for no onsite staff it is guesthouses like this where that works best. The app for accessing the room works well and the property manger responded quickly to emails. The room was cosy and clean with a streaming TV subscription. Coffee was provided in the public area. I highly recommend visiting Star Drug Store on 23rd St for breakfast. Watch out for the parking rules on the adjacent streets, particularly if you are staying during the week.

This was a delightful stay. The furnishings and decor are refreshing and relaxing. It was like staying in a luxury spa...stepping out of the busy world to a quiet escape! Thought was given to each detail from the plush towels, super soft bedding, and the luxurious personal care products. The location allowed for our morning coffee to conveniently be delivered right to the door! Every detail of this beautifully restored home will leave you feeling like you've had a grand vacation getaway!
