Honestly never had to communicate much with the travel agent Sue Allen but when I did she was quick to respond and helpful. Everything went smoothly and the resort and wedding were beautiful. My two concerns, traveling during COVID and transportation to and from the resort went off perfectly.

Christine Sholander truly worked tirelessly to ensure we were well informed about our travel when a friends wedding was cancelled due to COVID. Christine Sholander was even more helpful when using the travel credit to book an unforgettable trip to a resort that she recommended based on the type of trip we were looking for. She deserves 6 stars!

We originally booked for a wedding for my mom but things didn’t plan out the way it was so we turned it into a family vacation. We had a great time in Jamaica! Our travel agent Pam was so helpful and had a fast response time to questions anyone may had. She was very knowledgeable and always maintained professionalism. I would definitely book with her again for our next family trip

After two times wedding cancellation during pandemic and not sure what would happen, We decided to book our wedding in Cancun in a short amount of time and wanted to do everything quickly. So I found Destination Wedding and emailed them. Shortly, I got contacted by Jennifer C. and she helped us to book our venue and reserve our rooms and also She worked with all of our wedding guests in setting up their room reservations and travel arrangements and transportation. She went above and beyond through all the process and I didn’t have to stress about travel arrangements. Our wedding planner, Tom Starrett, with Destination Weddings was wonderful, as was our whole experience! Tom was always available, organized, willing to help, and full of destination knowledge, which gave us comfort knowing that he would help us pick the perfect location and take care of our guests. We experienced a reschedule during the pandemic, and Tom made it happen without issue. For anyone considering a destination wedding, we recommend Tom and Destination Weddings. We had the most perfect week, and will cherish the memories for years to come.
