I was referred to Amy Boyce by a friend that had used Amy for a wedding. I was nervous about all the covid protocols and traveling but I must say, having Amy as our agent was the best referral ever. Amy Boyce was so nice, professional, and responsive to all my request. We went to Jamaica and stayed at the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay. The resort was beautiful. Very good staff and good food. They set up VIP section on the beach to celebrate our birthdays. It was an awesome trip and I'll definitely be using Amy again as my agent.

Great support by the DestinationWeddings.com team. Diane Monk was very responsive. The accommodations, transfers and excursions were well planned and trouble free.

Diane from Destination Weddings was a huge help in planning our destination wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico and getting all our guests to the resort. We had 80 people in our wedding group and I know several people were in regular contact with Diane either via phone or email. Having this resource to help field questions around the logistics and booking was a huge help and allowed us to focus our energy on planning the other wedding details. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and get every question answered from the resort. I believe this resort was newer for Diane to work with as it was somewhere my husband and I have traveled previously and we picked vs. finding through Destination Weddings list, but she navigated the newness with ease. One huge unexpected bonus that I was not anticipating is the transfer being included in the booking through Destination Weddings. Our resort was about 75 minutes from the airport, so paying for a round trip transfer is usually around $100. Having a large bus for the group during big flight arrivals was so much fun, and as the bride and groom we go a beautiful brand new suburban as a private transfer for the two of us. Exceeded expectations! Thank you Diane for all your hard work in getting our guests booked at TRS Yucatan for our wedding!

I haven't heard all good reviews about DestinationWeddings.com however we had a great experience. After weeks of researching on my own I came across their website and figured it wouldn't hurt to submit my info. I was getting nowhere on my own! Soon after my submission I was contacted by the wonderful Susan Robson! From our very first conversation it was as if a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Susan helped guide me through everything from picking a resort to how to work with my wedding coordinator. She told me what to expect every step of the way. Without her I probably would have passed on what turned out to be my dream wedding! She helped with getting tons of comps and setting up a room block. She got great rates for our group. All of my guests enjoyed booking with her. I know they weren't the easiest to work with but Susan handled it all with so much patience and professionalism. I would highly recommend Susan to any of my friends and family.

Haven't even booked our wedding because the first agent was getting upset because we were asking too many questions, and the second agent quit responding to us. If this is how they run a business, I wouldn't trust anything they said.
