Tracy Espina is truly one of the greatest assets Destination Weddings has to offer! Words are simply insufficient when describing Tracy's professionalism, engagement, organization, and absolute dedication to customer satisfaction. Customer service is, unfortunately, dissipating in today's society; thus, I am honored to provide testimony to the unrivaled assistance and service provided by Tracy. Destination Weddings, please promote her and/or give her a bonus!!!

At short notice, my family and I decided we wanted to have a reunion, just wasn’t sure where… I found destination weddings on my google search and was connected to Ms. Sue Allen… From that moment Ms. Allen and I became two peas in a pod… She helped us plan our reunion to Ocho Rios Jamaica, she was so attentive and understanding, considering being a large group (21 ppl)… Excellent communication, she would literally respond to my text and emails as quickly as possible (weekends and off hrs.. lol). The entire process was easy and stress free and it was truly all thanks to Ms. Allen and the DW team.. My family and I couldn’t have been more grateful and we look fwd to planning future trips with the help of Ms. Allen and the DW team again!! Thank You… Thank You and Thank You

Absolutely terrible service. Took my deposit and then could not supply the room for my sons wedding. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned despite numerous requests. Inefficient at best, fraudulent at worst. Sun Wulf was absolutely terrible and very rude.

Sue Allen was heaven sent, she was extremely friendly and super knowledgeable. She was so patient helping us with our destination wedding in Punta Cana with a guest count of 140 ppl. Anytime we had a question or concern she was only an email away responding as fast as I sent that email. Thank you a million times over and over again! made planning a wedding so much better and easier.

Janice Gwilliam helped us from the very beginning to find the right resort that would accommodate us and our group for our destination wedding. Janice was always very quick at responding to any questions or concerns we had. She walked us through the whole process, made sure everything was set and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The whole wedding planning, resort choice, service, staff was definitely beyond our expectations. We were very impressed with everything and would definitely recommend Destination Weddings. Thank you Janice for everything and making it so easy for us. We’ll be forever grateful and wish you all the best!

My husband and I used Destination Weddings to help plan our wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our travel agent Sue was absolutely incredible! She was extremely knowledgeable, had great response time and was extremely professional. Sue helped us narrow down a list of hotels that had all of the things we were looking for in a resort. She assisted with scheduling us for our trips to go tour the resorts prior to making a decision and ensured that we got the best room rates available once we decided on a hotel. Once we had committed to a hotel she was extremely helpful in booking all of our guests rooms and helping them with any issues they had. Sue and Destination Weddings services truly made our wedding experience much smoother and enjoyable and we would highly recommend using their services if you are considering them!

Susan Allen was great! She had the total experience down to a "T". The travel was exactly as she described, there were no unexpected surprises and everything went very smoothly. Thank you, Susan, for your assistance and helping us make this family vacation a remarkable one!

We had the best time in Cancun. The flights were great and the ground transportation was the best. No problems 😊 we would use Amy again if we decide to go away again. Thank you!
