Went through the terms and condiditons very carefully, still got mystery fees showing up on my credit card days later and they VERY obviously sold my info because within a few hours of unfortunately giving these people my contact info, I've had to put my phone on silent from non-stop spam calls. All they do is purchase tickets from the actual site of the company, just go there yourself and save the nightmare experience and surprise fees.

i have had the worst experience with this company, Nadeem should be shamed, i have booked the same ticket 3 times every time i book they would cancel and raise my price even though i keep paying more still being canceled and now I'm still waiting for someone to even respond to my request.

Deserves 0 stars but not an option. I booked with them before covid hit and the US shut down the boarders. My flight was cancelled by the airlines I did not cancel. I was flying with United and I called the airline and they said their policy would give me a 100% refund and I should work with the company I booked with. I then tried to get ahold of someone at destina holiday for over two weeks without a response. I figured they were very busy due to all the cancelations so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept trying. Finally I was able to reach someone and was told that they could not give me a credit but a could use it on a future flight. They then said the flight had to be the same airline and be international, something that covid would not allow for. They also said if I waited for 24 months I could get the full credit. They stated that was United's policy so they couldn't do anything about it. I figured I would just wait and if a trip came up I would use the credit and if not I would get the refund. Well it has now been over 24 months so I have been trying to get my refund. I was told that they can give me a refund minus a $350 fee (the flight was $714) or I could use the full credit to book a trip. I asked where the $350 fee came from as I have read all of their terms and no where does it mention a $350 fee. I have asked for clarification but I have had no response nor instructions on how to get my credit. They do not answer the phone so you are forced to open a support ticket. Once they respond to the ticket, even if it does not resolve the issue, they mark it as solved and close the ticket and no longer respond to any messages. I have opened new support tickets with the same result, one cookie cutter response and then closed with no further response. I have figured that I would not see my refund so I might as well book a new trip to use it. I can see the credit on my account but could not use it as my payment. So following the only way to contact anyone, I opened a support ticket and asked if they could help me apply my credit. I revived a response stating that the credit has now expired so it could not be used, even though I was told weeks ago that I could still use it. This company is a complete scam and their staff just takes advantage of people by lying to them and making it impossible to get what you are owed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will gladly come back and revise this review if they do the right thing and either give me my money beck or let me apply my credit to my future trip. I have had multiple ticket responses with no name, just customer support and I have also worked with Claudia and Severin (manager of sales and operations). On April 23rd Severin said I could still use the full credit, after many attempt to try and contact them for help Claudia told me my credit expired on March 8th, can't make this stuff up...

The WORST customer service, non communicative organization. Don't bother calling the phone number, you are automatically put on hold and then after 15 min a robot tells you there are no service reps so leave your number. I cancelled a fully refundable ticket at the end of October for a March flight and it is now June and no still no refund or answers to my emails.

I am having the worst nightmare dealing with customer service (a non live chat) that takes forever, to respond, I mean 10 hours to get an answer and if you do answer back then you go back to square one with constant emails saying that they are waiting for an answer. All this because my airline canceled one of my flights so we are trying to find a new one. 3 months later I get an email to verify that indeed I had a horrible experience. I never received any kind of contact before, now is a new set for of emails so they can figure out how to answer to my issue. There is no human customer service to answer questions or help you rebook a flight cancel by the airline. The airline can’t do anything over the phone because they can fix your reservation made by a 3rd party. My flight was completed and not because of this company. I spent A LOT of hours trying to contact this company and had the worst trip of my life. My flight back was canceled after doing a check in and the counter at the airport helped me so I had to wait 8 hours before my flight and luckily made it home.

Destinaholidays, is the company formerly known as skybooker / airfare experts ... Booked a flight pre-covid. Got cancelled due to covid, have been asking for a refund for a while now and still nothing. Feels like they are just stalling / not communicating. They don't respond to emails, hot line doesn't work, several times on live chat they respond once or twice then ghost me. =( Edit: I received an email 2 weeks ago stating that they have refunded my roughly 62% of the original price. However, the funds have yet to reach my bank. I have try to contact them but, have not received any reply.

We booked a trip in 2019 for travel in 2020 and then Covid cancelled it. We were able to use some of our flight credits in 2021 for a trip and were left with about $680 in credits. This was all originally done through Sky Booker and then at some point it changed over to Airfare Experts/DestinaHolidays. I recently asked them if our $680 credit was still valid to use and on March 16th I received a response from "Max" saying that he would check but that I needed to book the flight I want on their site and choose the option to use a "Covid Credit"...all of which worked and the email I got shows that they are processing my request and will let me know. But since 3/16 it has been radio-silence from them. No one will email me back. No live agent ever appears on the Chat. And no one ever answers their 24/7 phone. I fear they have gone out of business. Nothing new has been charged to my card in terms of the flight I "booked" with the credit BUT, I did opt-in for Travel Insurance for $36 and that HAS been charged to my card. Maybe I will call that insurance agency and see if they know what's going on with Airfare Experts/DestinaHolidays?

The airline changed one of my flights but did not change the earlier flight which would not allow me to catch the later flight. I tried to fix with British airways, but since I booked it with Destinaholidays, they would not correct it. I have tried many days, many times, and many methods to contact Destina, but I only get put on hold or with their chat it says someone will look into it. WRONG! I listed exactly how they could fix it but I can not get a response. Terrible customer service. Do not use.
