Aka Skybooker, Destina Holidays is a budget travel site with horrific customer service and asinine policies. Just about a year ago, I was directed from Skiplagged to their website to book a red-eye flight to Florida. Their system misled Skiplagged and caused me to book a flight that was leaving 24 hours later than I intended. When I contacted them about the issue, they informed me the best they could do was issue a future credit and allow me to book a different flight. When I attempted to use the future credit for the new flight, however, they informed me that there were no flights that could be used with the credit they had given me for the rest of that week I was traveling. I swallowed that pill under the assurance that I could use that future credit for a future flight. Now, 10 months later, I find that Skiplagged has again found a flight deal through their site again for less than my future credit amount. I contacted an agent to ask them to verify my future credit amount, and they assured me that I had one, but would need to follow up by email once they had confirmed the amount. I was never emailed after that (48 hrs ago). However, I followed their instruction on booking my flight utilizing my future credit. 24 hours later I receive an email stating that my future credit can only be utilized for a flight to the same destination as the flight they had given me the credit for. Absolutely outrageous, especially given that they hadn't allowed me to use the credit to rebook my original trip. Furthermore, since they are unable to use my credit, they cancelled my booking, even though they had already collected my credit info. and indicated that my card would be charged for any amount not covered by the future credit. I was then left to rebook my already last minute flight (leaving in 4 days) after wasting another whole day of my time on their worthless service.

Our return international flight was canceled two months ago and this company has continually failed to provide our family with a rebooking or an offer to refund us. We are now days away from our original departure date and Destina continues to not provide us with a way back to our home. 15 claims have been filed in order to remedy this and they have failed 15 times. I understand there are lots of customer with negative experience at Skybooker/ Destina Holidays. Our experience would have been a total disaster until this sweet lady named Furheen stepped in and took care of my concerns. She even stayed late that night on the phone with me, when she finalized my itinerary conforming to our needs. She solved my weeklong problem into a success. Thanks Furheen.

This company stole $2500 dollars from us under the guise of COVID impact. We had a flight that we got a voucher for but a company they to business as called skybookerdotcom/airfareexpertsdotcom never returned the money the airlines (BA) showed as refunded. Now they are not responding to calls and helpdesk tickets. I would not touch these thieves with a 100 foot pole.

Destina booked a flight for 3 travelers I am traveling with on a credit but would not allow me to put my own reservation to join them on a my own credit card. There is no legitimate reason for this. When I was unhappy with the reservation because it entails a 4 hour layover in the airport close to my home but originated at ANOTHER airport for the first leg, 2 hours from my home. I called Destina Holidays agent Austin to cancel only my reservation and he promised he would, taking my email address to confirm, but he never did. When the Person in our party that originated the booking and put it on her charge, Austin they would not honor the 24 hour cancelation standard on flights but instead charged the entire party an additional $675 for canceling the flight. He even tried to deny I had made the cancelation request phone call less than 10 hours from the original booking! Why did he take my email then and why did I never receive any kind of a confirmation email?

It was called Skybooker.com then Airfare Expert now Destina Holidays. My flight was canceled and refund by the airline company (American Airline). Skybooker or Airfare or Destina don't want to refund me, I managed to get refunded by the bank the first time, but they made a new reservation with the same reservation number and debited my credit card a second time. Their address are false contacts by phone or chat do not give any real and serious information at all. I lost $ 2396.27 there are a lot of people scammed and a lot of negative reviews.

I will not use them in the future. The booking is not immediate. When they finally process your order, the fare will likely be increased. I was linked to Destina through Skyscanner. I booked flights on Sunday morning. Destina did not process it until Sunday evening. In that time, the fare went up 200 per ticket (4 tickets). They called me Sunday evening but identified themselves as 'US fare search/search' or something like that and something other than "Destina Holidays" and the representative had a very thick accent, so I could not understand what she was saying. I assumed it was a marketing call and was in the middle of getting my kids to bed to I said I did not have time to talk and please call back tomorrow am. I connected with them on Monday morning. They were very rude saying it was all my fault, and offered no accommodation. The fare had increased 200/ticket x 4 tickets during that time.

I very impressed by both the value and service of Destina Holidays. My agent, Ayesha, was particularly impressive. She stood by helping me with every step of the very easy process. When my bank needed to verify the card payment, she made sure to stand by while I cleared the transaction and she made me feel very confident and secure with all of my planning, reservations and the associated bank transactions. I would recommend Destina Holidays to anyone thanks to Ayesha's attentive professionalism. I have traveled extensively and have rarely experienced such a high standard of care and service.
