DestinaHolidaysReviews of destinaholidays.com

Easy to book but my flight cost raised twice while I was booking. Once in the timeframe I was actually booking and second after I booked I was emailed that my flights price went up. I had no option but to confirm since I wanted the flight. Not good at all.

Seat Selection, there is no information on how to do this with my booking

The website was not clear that you changed $75 for a transaction. I could have bought the ticket directly from the airline cheaper. I’m not sure what I am getting for $75.

Booked my tickets and never got my tickets through my email, I have to call them so many times to see what happened, they said they were calling me to confirm information so they can issued my tickets, I was out of country and don't have open calls, every time I bought my airline tickets they charge it to my credit card, It was so frustrated to be calling to see if they will issue my tickets to make sure I will travel the indicated day.

Updated: DestinaHolidays did reach out to me to confirm case sensitivity in the airline's system won't cause a problem. Most people said so from Google search too. Passenger name looks correct on their end. Just a personal preference, I still want my name to match my passport to avoid any future complications flying internationally. Not sure why this happened but I'll leave it like that to be fair. Edited with 3/5 because all the phone experiences were unfriendly and less accommodating. This is a service business after all, each customer has their own style of communications. I tend to be detailed, paced and asked questions to understand the problem - it's a 20hrs+ flight each way! Support staff were not happy with that. Yes, you'll save a bit with their good price. But adding up to $100, I've received better service elsewhere in Canada. -- First time booking through this agency for Qatar, they're extremely unprofessional with a complete lack of detail and responsibility. They issued my ticket with parts of my first name in all lower case. I called the Canada support line, the support staff outright told me names in either lower case or upper case will be fine at the airport?! I disagreed, as name should be the same as in the passport and how I entered it in their system. The agent started to lose patience on the phone when he continuously asked for my password (was confused there as I needed to make sure, is it even legal in Canada to ask for a customer's password?) and he became rude. Had to ask him to chat nicely with me. This might be the last time.

Canadian customer who does not have international calling ability on his mobile is expected to call Texas to confirm - this is silly and a nuisance. Setup a toll free number or have a Canadian number available. Alternatively communicate via WhatsApp or email should be available

Easy transaction, clear information, best price BUT after inserting my Mexican credit card information, I had to choose the country and Mexico wasn't available! many countries from different continents but not Mexico?! So I switched the currency and country on the top right of the webpage to Mexico and I got a different price for the same ticket but the increase was almos 400 dollars!!! why is that? I finally deleted the mexican card number and used my US debit card: 1,100 dollars instead of 1,500! Still don't know why that increase!
