I got a call from Shoaib, a customer support staff, asking me to confirm my name, because the system has doubled same parts of it. He was careful and skillful in cross-checking.

Easy to make booking at a great price. Contacting customer service via phone number is a bit difficult. I had to wait for a call back to verify my booking. They need to update there website and e-mails with there new phone number. Also difficult to understand the customer service rep.

We are happy with the package. Minor disturbance in that I booked it for my son, and you had to challenge the name on the credit card vs. name of passenger. I understand that; minor inconvenience of time spent.

A little hiccup with payment processing but everything was fixed relatively easily and quickly. Had to end up using Zelle to send my payment, but nearly immediately got my order confirmation once it was sent!
