Amazing customer service. The contact after you book is a nice touch. Is unusual for most due to other providers not doing it, but i received my tickets and they cost half the price as any other provider. Highly recommend them to anyone! 10/10

It was easy to book our flights. Within minutes after we booked our flights online, we received a call from an agent to confirm the details of our trip. After an hour, we received confirmation and our travel receipt.

Website would not accept verification of my last 4 digits on credit card to confirm ticket that was on 24 hour hold. So I had to call customer service. From that point on, the customer service was quick and courteous. But the website glitch was annoying and I had to take the extra step of getting a rep on the phone. The rep was great though that’s why I still gave 4 stars.

It was very easy and, while the phone confirmation was unusual, it did make me feel more confident in using a third party ticketing service.

I liked that after I was confirmed online, customer service called to make sure if I booked the ticket and make sure all the information is correct..
