I think this company is a scam. I ordered a $45 tablet holder and then got an email saying their logistics costs have gone up. Apparently they would normal ask for an extra $55 to cover freight but would ask me to only pay $30 more. I replied that I would not pay extra and asked for a refund. They refunded my purchase immediately. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

I bought the Desky Elite Ergonomic Chair with headrest at 560$ CAD. The chair is worth 250$ at most. It's a resell from the Merrryfair 'Tune' chair made in Malaysia. The sticker with the serial number was still under the seat. The seat foam is hard, and the overall structure feels flimsy. Every movement in the chair produces a plastic clicking sound due to slightly loose-fitting pieces. The "Auto-weight adjusts" back tilt tension is a drawback, not a feature. The back tilt tension is stiff with no adjustment possible. Read the return policy carefully, chances are it'll cost you 150$+ of freight charges, 15% restocking fees, and the risk of the chair not being deemed 'as new' upon inspection to even get the refund. I'm not taking the risk of losing 750$+ if it happens - tightening the screws on the armrests and backrest leaves small marks on the plastic. Due to this return policy, I’m going to resell it locally, losing at least 350 dollars. You can't return the product in person to save on shipping. You explain your situation and receive nothing but surgarcoated comments like "Your opinion is important to us" and "We apologize for the frustration you're experiencing," but no action is taken to remedy this horrible customer experience. The product is bad, the service is worst.

I don’t have much experience with the customer service help desk aspect, however, I have been enjoying my Desky Dual Laminate Sit Stand Desk and recommend it. It arrived in a timely manner, and straightforward to set up.

Desky is an absolute disaster—they sell cheap, low-quality products and have horrible customer service that will ignore you once they have your money. I purchased a $1200 rubberwood desk, and it arrived damaged, dented, and scratched. They offered a replacement, but I had already paid for professional installation and didn’t want to deal with uninstalling and reinstalling. Instead, they tried to buy me off with a pathetic $75 refund, which they eventually increased to $300 after a week of fighting. Then, I noticed something even worse: this desk is garbage—just placing a water bottle on it caused micro-scratches. It’s so cheap and flimsy, it was clear it wouldn’t last a month. That’s when I told them I wanted to exchange it for a proper hardwood desk instead. Instead of fixing the issue, they completely ignored me and went ahead and processed the $300 refund against my wishes. Now, they’re telling me that if I want the hardwood version, I need to buy a whole new desk and just use the $300 credit from the refund—but they refuse to take back the defective, damaged desk they sent me in the first place. So now I’m left with a worthless, damaged desk that they won’t take back and no real solution. Desky has proven that they do not stand behind their products, do not care about customer satisfaction, and will scam you out of your money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If something goes wrong with your order, they will not fix it. They will ignore your emails, refuse to take responsibility, and force you to pay even more just to get what you originally ordered. Buy from a reputable company—Desky is a complete scam.

Customer service was great, delivery was fast. This piece is exactly what I needed in my office. The clips they have to hide the wires are fantastic!

The help desk did not know the product or the answers. A battle to try and get answers to how to use features on Vanguard ergonomic chair. No knowledge how to use adjustment controls. Avoid this one even though the product seems good. Seat height adjustment may not match the product info. No one can answer how to adjust, Now March 19 and still no kind of answer on how to adjust? Desky team has not followed up with the help line to contact me or answer questions submitted to the help line. No contact link provided in the reply.

Loving the chair so far. Quick delivery

I've had the desk now for over a month or more now, and it exceeds my expectations. This is my first stand-up desk, and it is exactly what I needed in my life. I purchased this for my office and assembled it onsite. It was super easy to set up/assemble without any assistance. I highly recommend the available videos to help with assembly, by the way. The desk itself is absolutely beautiful. What you see is truly what you get with regard to what is displayed on the website. Delivery was faster than expected and there was absolutely no damage (all components are well packaged). I raise and lower the desk several times per day, and it is smooth and quiet each time. Long story short, I love my desky!! As an update, I will say that my desk has been the topic of many discussions since I first got it set up. Some of those on my company's leadership team are now considering a Desky for their home offices and/or business offices. I have never liked a desk more than my Desky. I wish I'd gotten this much sooner!!
