Good product, but takes a while to arrive
I did end up receiving my item after many delays, the keycaps them self are very good quality but i do think they could have maybe included a few extra keys for the iso layout, except for that i am very happy with my product

Hello Foisal, Thank you for taking out the time to provide us feedback. Regarding your order, the package was handed off to the carrier and tracking scans were made along the transit of the first package. Unfortunately, the carrier may have lost the package during transit, therefore resulting in no further activity. From a business standpoint, our responsibility is to ensure your package is handed off to the carrier in a timely manner. After this, the carrier is responsible for any damaged/lost/stolen instances with your package. We did process another claim reshipment at the time of notice and that package is on the way. I believe that this 1-star review is provided unfairly as it pertains specifically to the shipping carrier and not our product.
