Ive bought one of your mousepads before I will almost always recommend you guys but I am slightly disappointed by what I received just barely the stitching on the mousepad came a little messed up not really enough to bother me or lower this review below a 4 star but I recommend your products on there quality. I hope that won’t have to change that.

Excellent high-quality product. But shipping is way too expensive. Shipping cost about the same as the product itself. I'd like to have the option of a much cheaper shipping option, even if that means waiting longer. Or it needs to be available locally so I don't have to pay duties.

I did end up receiving my item after many delays, the keycaps them self are very good quality but i do think they could have maybe included a few extra keys for the iso layout, except for that i am very happy with my product

Hello Foisal, Thank you for taking out the time to provide us feedback. Regarding your order, the package was handed off to the carrier and tracking scans were made along the transit of the first package. Unfortunately, the carrier may have lost the package during transit, therefore resulting in no further activity. From a business standpoint, our responsibility is to ensure your package is handed off to the carrier in a timely manner. After this, the carrier is responsible for any damaged/lost/stolen instances with your package. We did process another claim reshipment at the time of notice and that package is on the way. I believe that this 1-star review is provided unfairly as it pertains specifically to the shipping carrier and not our product. We strive to provide the best customer service possible, and I am here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Best, Saif M.

Slots on bottom of space bar slightly deformed, contacted deskr and currently awaiting a response. Every other key seems fine.

Hello, Thank you for taking out the time to leave a review, I am glad our product made up for the delays in shipping. With shipping, once the package leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for the final delivery and we always hope for no issues! Best, Saif M. | Founder

The desk mat was everything I ordered and looks great, I did have trouble getting my item though as my package was lost in shipping for a few days, I’m sure it’s not this company’s fault but if I could order from here through a different shipping company I would choose to do so

Shipping was fairly quick. I ordered the black canyon keycaps for $75 and they look navy when it’s bright. Other than that I can tell they are well built. Just wish they were actually black.

Hello Micah! Thank you for leaving a review on our Black CanyonCaps Keycaps. We appreciate you taking out the time and telling us about your product experience. In terms of the color, since they are dye sublimation keycaps, there are limitations in producing true black print on PBT keycaps. This is something we are testing and improving and we hope to have this changed on the next run. Thank you again for your review and we appreciate you!
