Sent im for a custom piece but only thing was that they decided that they wanted to colorize my custom pad themselves. i sent in a white picture and they decided they rather have purple instead for me. I went through support and never got a response even when i followed up with another email. smh man

My son asked for the canyon keycaps for his birthday and the product is probably very good, but it is $100 to ship to the UK. I didn't realise until I put the order through so immediately cancelled as that's just too much money. I was then charged 5.5% processing fee on orders over $100. The cost of the product wasn't over $100. It was the shipping that was. It was very disappointing.

Hello Jeanie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately our business gets charged a non-refundable transaction fee on placed orders. Being that we are smaller, larger valued orders impact us due to this non-refundable fee. That fee is charged by our payment provider and not us, we don’t keep any portion of that fee.
