I’ve bought several pairs of eyeglasses from Designer Optics over time because I really love their selection of designer brand frames. However, my most recent experience was frustrating—nearly three weeks went by without any updates on my order, and I was close to canceling. Thankfully, their customer support team was very helpful. They resolved the issue quickly, and I received my return and refund without any hassle. While the initial delay was disappointing, their amazing frame selection and professional customer service make me willing to shop here again. I hope they improve their order processing times in the future. This is an update from previous review in August 2020

I got the wrong size. I'm not sure on which behalf was it wrong so I do have to exchange. But.... I LOVE THEM!!! Came in a decent time frame. No complaints. I would refer anyone to visit site for high quality frames at a reasonable price.

Glasses were a little dirty

The glasses are PERFECT! This was my first time ordering on line and I am so glad that I did. The glasses came with and extra crystal (like an extra button on a shirt- in case one fell out) and the case. It also came with a lens cloth. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because the website does not keep glasses in the cart. once you exit you need to start over. Also, the shipping took a week longer than expected - but I did receive updates along the way.

Glasses are too bulky and when it came in the mail it was very loose and very big. But your customer service was great I was going to exchange it for a different sunglasses at the time but they didn’t have it in stock. I wish I can wear the glasses but they are so big and I’m afraid if I go to someone to make them smaller they may break it

The overall experience is good but your website is a bit shady and it looks sketchy. It might be hard to earn trust from other customers, just my friendly suggestions.

Glasses were great. Shipping time was really long.

The sunglasses were delivered in a very timely manner and the lenses (including the darkness of the lenses) were perfect. The only negative was that the sunglasses are too stretched out and do not fit my face well. I initially found the frames and tried them on in a store near me and they fit perfectly (very snug). That's the downside of ordering online. The frames may not fit well and there is no one to adjust them.
