The Ray-Ban Wayfarer Deluxe's I ordered came exactly as promised. The prescription is perfect and the glasses are comfortable and do their job ably. The company communicated well with me.

I was happy with the sunglasses, however I had to reach out to Designer Optics myself because I got no shipping information for 10+ days. Turns out that they had already reached out the manufacturer and had to order them, but I didn't know because they hadn't communicated that. Otherwise, Designer Optics is great. Would use again.

The shipping did take longer than expected and I had to reach out to confirm the sunglasses were still coming, but when they did finally arrive, they were authentic Bottega and exactly what I ordered.

Update, after my second try, they did accept my return. So I am increasing my rating. I received glasses as a Christmas gift from my Mother-in-law that she purchased at Designer Optics. She got the wrong size and forgot to add the reader lenses. I contacted Designer Optics to exchange and was told they have a strict 14 day return policy and that I am out of luck. So now I am stuck with a nice Polo glasses frame that is totally useless. Beware buying from them unless you can try out the glasses you receive immediately. Do not buy from them for gifts.

My experience was overall positive. I ordered two pairs of Prada frames, one with 53mm lens, the other 51mm. Promptly received order confirmation, but 5 days later still hadn't received shipping notification and started to get nervous. Thankfully I received shipping notification later that day - 5 calendar days after purchase. FedEx had the package and provided tracking info. I received the package promptly but it contained only one of the frames. They fit well so I contacted customer service to cancel the other delivery. I waited on hold about 10 minutes before a courteous representative assisted me. He said that they were still waiting to receive the other frames from Prada, so I was able to easily cancel that part of the order. I promptly received a refund: a credit to my cc - the original form of payment.
