I received my order which everything looked exactly the way it showed in the picture. Unfortunately my lenses is not correct. Super bummed. Hopefully someone will be able to help me out with getting my lenses corrected.

Hi Lacey, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product.

Update: Glasses came after about 34 days. Quality is good. If you're not in a hurry and want to save money, this is a good way to go. I ordered Carrera Ca8810 eyeglasses 17 days ago, on Jan. 28, and they have not yet shipped. I inquired as to the status of the order 6 days ago and they said the order is in the lab being processed. I still have not received shipping confirmation. This is not a reasonable timeframe to prepare glasses, especially considering the website says the frames are in stock. I will be seeking resolution through my credit card company, as designeroptics appears to be a scam company who makes false claims about product availability.

Good delivery time, one of the glasses had a scuff on the lenses and frame. Really small to notice but still seem Like they are not brand new...
