I ordered a pair of frames from Designer Optics for my new prescription, post cataract surgery. They were not for me and I returned them. The return process was quick and easy. I ordered another pair by Kliik Optics, Denmark, that I had tried on at my eye physician's office with a $289 price tag -- much too high for my budget. I was able to purchase the identical Kliik frames from Designer Optics for$137, an incredible savings. I definitely recommend working with Designer Optics. Overall, I received great customer service and their prices are very affordable.

Was at a resort in Mexico and saw sunglasses my wife really loved made by Maui Jim. They were priced crazy high so we looked online and found the same sunglasses at DesignerOptics.com for a fraction (less than 50%) of the price. Ordered them and just received via UPS. They are exactly what we wanted. I have worn Maui Jim for years and the brand is worth the extra money.

BUT THE DELIVERY IS REALLY BAD, I PAY EXTRA TO GET THEM EARLY AND I JUST ONE OF THE 4 I BOUGHT AND IS TAKING LONGER. I WANT MY DELIVERY MONEY BACK

I agree with a commenter, that these glasses can be pricey. I took a chance, as I was not sure I can get my money back if I need to return them and got lucky. I tried to get some more discount, but they only allow one coupon, which is understandable. I also agree, shipping time can be longer. I needed these glasses soon, because the current ones were broken. Do not try to place an order around major holidays, as they are closed for over a week. Overall, the frame and lenses are great, finally got rimless glasses. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
