I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for my father from Designer Optics. At first, I wasn't sure if the site was legit or not, but I trusted it once I saw that they were partnered with Rakuten for cashback. My order took a little while to arrive because the specific item I ordered was backordered. At some point, I did reach out to them over the phone, and they answered immediately and were incredibly professional. My father loves the sunglasses. I will very likely buy from them again in the future.

I was debating on writing a review but seeing all these negative reviews made me want to share my experience. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Designer Optics first time I just ordered frames to replace a broken pair of glasses I had. This most recent time I ordered I ordered lenses as well. I’m very impressed with ordering these glasses online. The website was easy to use they had the frames I wanted. The glasses took 16 days to get to me from my order date which is maybe a couple days longer than experiences I’ve had going to a brick and mortar glasses store but it was worth the wait due to how impressed I am with the glasses and lenses. My only complaint I would say would be I feel like maybe a cleaning cloth or cleaning instructions should come with the glasses. And maybe a better like track your order status like it saying it’s in progress or they’re waiting for frames or something. But over all I’m highly impressed. My biggest advice when ordering is to make sure you input your correct prescriptions and PD distance. And be patient so many of us have lost our patience when it’s come to ordering online. *These opinions are my own and the company did not ask or reach out to me to write this review*

Excellent communication, they have a phone line and they don't feed you a load of bs.. high end raybans delivered within 3 days from NYC to CT at a very good price, absolutely authentic . Will buy another pair from them next time I am in the tri state area.

I received my glasses less than two weeks after placing the order. The prescription is perfect and the price was really good. The only minor issue I had was with a lack of status updates through their web site after the order was placed. I did email customer service, however, and they responded very promptly. This is also my first pair of glasses with Transitions lenses and I'm really liking them. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Designer Optics!

OK, had a (MINOR) issue in the beginning, customer service responded within minutes and after we emailed back and forth it was resolved immediately. BEST price on the internet by no less than 30%, I don't understand how they can sell Versace sunglasses at this price, cheapest I seen in stock was $305.00. NOW, shipping took forever, but with excellent customer service and that price, I'm satisfied.

I ordered Silhouette Biscayne Bay glasses. They are genuine Silhouette and arrived in a few days. No problems

I have had good luck with them. They phone support was top notch. They were supportive and knowledgeable. Price were good. I would have no problem recommending them to friends/family.
