I ordered a pair of Gucci eyeglasses. Afterwards, I read alot of reviews stating Scam, fakes, takes long to deliver, etc. I started to worry. I contacted them the seventh day from ordering and they responded immediately. My glasses were delivered to USPS. USPS took 4 days to deliver my package. I opened and my glasses were perfect. The prescription was exact and the were real Gucci Eyewear. They came with dust bag, case, cleaning cloth, authenticity card, serial number, etc. I compared them to another pair and they are exactly alike. My experience: NO SCAM, NO FAKES!! Advice: don't believe everything you read. My experience was definately positive.

I ordered from them, and then I checked the reviews and got scared. I was reading all these “scam” “fake” reviews and was totally regretting. Support was very quick (within 5 min) and helped me with my questions. My prescription ray bans arrived somewhat quickly, totally authentic (took it to an optometrist and they said it’s real). Came with the packaging and the original lenses (non prescription). I honestly think the company gets a bad rep cause only people who are motivated enough to review are the negative ones, and no one reviews the positive ones. Oh well. I’m happy with my new glasses.

DesignerOptics confirmed my order right away. Item shipped on time and was received on time. The magnetic sunglasses were exactly like the ones I lost and fit my glasses perfectly. I was very satisfied.

I am very pleased with my Prada sunglasses purchase. I lost a pair I had originally bought for much more money from Sunglass Hut. Delivery time was reasonable and the glasses arrived as expected.

**Amended Review: I placed so many orders while looking unsuccessfully for my frames that I apparently got confused. Designer Optics called this morning to say they had the tortoise frames that I had been looking for. While it wasn't my first choice (and I'd found the tortoise elsewhere), I appreciate that they took the time to reach out. I placed an order for frames that showed in stock. I knew they had been discontinued, but mine had recently broken and I was in desperate need. The order sat there forever, and I finally got through to someone who told me they had been discontinued. Like I didn't know. Amazingly, they still show "in stock" on the site. What a waste of time and energy.

I placed an order without an issue. Took about 2 weeks to get my order, but no issues other than that. Months later I placed another order, that 2 days later needed to cancel. Filled out the form on the website, after hours, and within a few minutes received confirmation that my order was cancelled. Will order from them again without hesitation.
